Billi Jo Lombardo

Director

Billi Jo Lombardo is the Executive Director of DreamBuilders Network and DreamBuilders Early Learning Center. With a passion for supporting children and families, Billi Jo has dedicated her career to creating inclusive, nurturing environments where every child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive. Billi Jo is also endorsed through the Pennsylvania Association for Infant Mental Health as an Infant Family Associate (PA-AIMH).

Drawing on her experience in early childhood education and early intervention, she believes that every child deserves individualized support, meaningful relationships, and opportunities to explore through play.

Her vision for DreamBuilders Early Learning Center is to provide high-quality, developmentally appropriate care while fostering a welcoming community for children of all abilities and backgrounds.

Billi Jo is committed to removing barriers and helping every child build a strong foundation for lifelong success.

Outside of DreamBuilders Billi Jo enjoys spending time with her family, caring for her aquariums, and dreaming up new ways to make DreamBuilders an even more welcoming place for every child.

Ghida Alsaedy

Lead Teacher

Miss Ghida brings seven years of experience working with children to DreamBuilders Early Learning Center. She holds an Associate's Degree in Elementary Education and is continuing her education at Eastern Michigan University, where she is working toward her Bachelor's degree.

Her love for children and the joy of helping them learn, grow, and reach new milestones inspired her to pursue a career in education. After taking some time away from teaching to focus on being a mom, Miss Ghida quickly realized how much she missed the classroom and the opportunity to make a positive difference in children's lives.

One of her favorite parts of teaching is watching a child overcome something that was once difficult and seeing the confidence that comes with realizing, "I did it!"

Bubbly, loving, and patient, Miss Ghida is especially passionate about creating an inclusive classroom where every child feels safe, heard, loved, valued, and included.

Miss Ghida chose DreamBuilders because of our commitment to inclusion, our approach to learning, and our connection to the community. She believes strongly in building partnerships with families and values open, ongoing communication between home and the classroom.

Outside of DreamBuilders, Miss Ghida's favorite thing to do is spend quality time with her children and make memories together. She doesn't have any pets right now, but hopes a dog might join the family someday!

Gizelle Caraballo (GiGi)

Assistant Teacher

Miss Gizelle is an Assistant Teacher at DreamBuilders Early Learning Center and is currently working toward earning her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.

While she began working professionally in childcare in 2026, caring for children has been an important part of her life for many years. Her younger brother, who is on the autism spectrum, played an important role in inspiring her to pursue a career working with children. Watching him learn, grow, and overcome challenges showed Gizelle the difference that patient, understanding, and supportive adults can make in a child's life.

Miss Gizelle especially enjoys working with infants and young toddlers and loves having the opportunity to watch children grow and reach new milestones.

Sensory play is one of her favorite classroom activities, and she enjoys giving children opportunities to explore different textures, materials, and experiences through hands-on play.

Patient, caring, and attentive, Miss Gizelle strives to create an environment where every child feels safe, loved, cared for, and free to be themselves. She describes the kind of teacher she hopes to be as a "Ms. Honey" from Matilda—a warm and encouraging person who makes children feel valued and supported.

Gizelle chose DreamBuilders because she wanted to grow as an educator while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children, including those who may need additional understanding and support. She especially appreciates the welcoming atmosphere at DreamBuilders and is excited to continue learning alongside a team that genuinely cares about children and families.

Outside of work, Miss Gizelle enjoys staying home with a good book, working on Legos and puzzles, and spending time with her five-year-old tabby cat, Fatty.

Samantha Probst

Assistant Teacher

Miss Sammi has been working with children for more than four years through babysitting and childcare, and she loves helping children learn, grow, and discover the world around them. She was inspired to pursue early childhood education after seeing the joy and confidence children gain as they reach new milestones.

She especially enjoys working with toddlers and preschoolers because of their curiosity, energy, and excitement for learning. Whether she's reading stories, leading sensory activities, exploring outdoors, or simply offering a comforting presence, Miss Sammi strives to create a classroom where every child feels safe, loved, included, and excited to learn.

Miss Sammi joined DreamBuilders because she wanted to be part of a team that creates a caring, positive environment where children can thrive. She looks forward to building meaningful relationships with both children and their families while creating fun, engaging learning experiences every day.

Outside of the classroom, Miss Sammi enjoys spending time with family and friends, shopping, and relaxing outdoors. She shares her home with two dogs, Ziggy and Eve, a cat named Ella Bella Valentine, as well as chickens, fish, and even a lizard!
